    Title: IT Support Technician

    Employment & Location: Full Time, ONSITE @ Falls Church, VA (no Remote/Telework)

    On Call Requirement: Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support for urgent after-hours issues

    Responsibilities:Support 350+ corporate users both onsite and remotely for all IT related issuesMonitor and support 250+ store location networks consisting of routers, firewalls, switches, Windows PC’s, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and misc. network devicesMonitor, triage, escalate, and resolve IT support ticketsOnsite setup and troubleshooting of corporate laptops and desktopsOnsite and remote deployment, disassembly, and troubleshooting of store networks (routers, firewalls, switches, Windows PC’s, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and misc. network devices)Field Network Cable management: Install, Run, Terminate, Splice, and Manage low voltage network cabling (Cat3, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, etc.)Coordinate with other departments and ISP's in resolving store connectivity issues

    North Carolina and South Carolina Territory | Field-Based Position


    PMG is seeking an ambitious, outgoing professional ready to begin a career in outside sales and fuel distribution. As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative, you will receive training while developing relationships with gas station and convenience-store operators throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. This field-based opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is self-motivated, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to build a rewarding sales career with uncapped earning potential. Previous fuel-industry experience is not required.


    Internally the position title is New Business Development Representative.

    Responsibilities

    Identify prospective customers within the NC / SC retail gas station and convenience-store market.Generate leads through cold calling, field canvassing, referrals, online research, networking, and business partnerships.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective wholesale fuel customers and supplied locations.Develop professional relationships with prospective and existing customers by learning about their businesses and understanding their needs.Assist with maintaining and growing PMG’s existing customer accounts and book of business.Learn about PMG’s branded fuel supply partners and their marketing programs.Stay informed about fuel brands, industry developments, market trends, and competitors.Work toward individual sales and new business development goals with coaching from sales leadership.Participate in customer visits, trade shows, association meetings, and other industry events as needed.


    Qualifications


    High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is a plus.3 years of experience in sales with a focus on new business development and account management. Sales experience within the fuel supply industry preferred but not required.A positive, friendly, and professional approach when working with customers, suppliers, coworkers, and leadership.Strong motivation to learn, achieve goals, and develop new skills.Confidence communicating with people by phone, email, video, and in person.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM and other business applications.Dependable, persistent, organized, energetic, and comfortable working independently.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned New England territory.Position will require very flexible hours including evenings and early mornings.Current residence within North Carolina or South Carolina is required.\nCompany Description

    Job Summary:

    Reviews, evaluates, analyzes, prioritizes and assigns maintenance repair request to approved contractors or PMG maintenance mechanics as appropriate. Overall responsibility for ensuring maintenance request is economically and timely completed in accordance with the company policy and regulatory requirements

    Comfortable dispatching workers to locations to complete work and processing the purchase order/invoices to be completed for each job. Proficient with excel, analytical, speaks well, customer service skills, detailed oriented to review invoices, associate's degree min, will be speaking with vendors daily and will be tracking cost items and dispatching workers to assigned sites.

    Requirements:

    Essential Functions:

    Responsible for the verification of service requests and as required for invoice payments. Supports other departmental positions as necessary.Confirming invoices, payments and financials are accurate for the department.Receives maintenance requests, diagnoses problem, verifies station equipment as necessary (via databases), and estimates work required in order to procurer repair services through approved contractors or PMG mechanics.Prioritizes maintenance requests and subsequent procurement of services to effectively coordinate external and internal resources.Completed input, follow-up and filing (electronic and manual procedures) as necessary for required cost, contractor and station tracking.Assists in development and maintenance of internal station equipment/asset databases in conjunction with TITAN software to effectively pre-diagnoses repairs required and procure certified services contractors.Monitors contract and PMG maintenance performance and service in order to assist in the pre-qualification and approval of maintenance contractors and suppliers.Assists in the training of store personnel in company maintenance procedures via daily contact and instruction.Assists in the development and implementation of internal maintenance policy, procedures, and guidelines.Other duties as assigned.
