SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Territory Manager is the primary relationship owner for many food service accounts (restaurants, bakeries, hotels, catering) in the downtown Seattle territory. Success is gauged by a deep understanding of how each customer type buys, what they value, and how Peterson’s curated sourcing and category expertise help them build better programs. Territory Managers are accountable for retaining and growing all approved accounts within their territory, developing new business, and serving as the primary communicator of operational and policy changes to their customer base.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Generate consistent revenue increases by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales and profit budgets.Develop strong rapport with customers through face-to-face meetings and by maintaining regular contact.Research market trends and communicate fluctuations, shortages, etc., that impact customers.Establish pricing based on delivery frequency, credit trends, order volume, and method of order processing.Prospect and develop profitable new customers within the established territory.Maintain detailed knowledge of all current Peterson product lines, sales procedures, and the Outside Sales Manual.Resolve customer issues such as credits, missing products, account payment status, and other issues that may hinder customer satisfaction and revenue generation.WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Required
3+ years of outside sales experience in food service, specialty food, independent retail, bakeries, or a related field.Genuine knowledge of, or passion for, specialty food, cheese, charcuterie, and culinary or specialty food retail.Proven ability to manage a geographic territory independently, including route planning, account prioritization, and time management.Demonstrated ability to retain and grow a portfolio of accounts within a defined territory.Proven ability to communicate operational and policy changes to customers in a timely and professional manner.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Maintain a current food handler’s permit, valid driver’s license, and proof of current auto insurance.Preferred
Established relationships within the Pacific Northwest food service, independent retail, or specialty food community.Experience managing a mixed territory of food service and independent retail accounts.Experience with CRM tools and structured territory management processes.This compensation information is a good-faith estimate and is provided in accordance with Washington state law. Total annual compensation is estimated to start between $90,000 and $150,000 (combining base salary, anticipated commission, auto stipend, and bonus opportunities). The base salary is determined based on the applicant’s skills and experience. Other benefits are provided by the Peterson Company.

Responsible for distributing customer orders for all Peterson “street” business in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPreserve truck and product in good condition. Deliver to correct accounts in a timely manner. Pick up and load product/backhaul per returned product procedures and credit procedures. Establish and maintain effective and friendly customer relations with accounts serviced on routes. Ability to learn and read detailed paperwork, product codes, and manage a large volume of information at the same time. While sedentary in driving, this position is highly physical at each customer stop involving constant standing, bending, walking, moving product, etc. Frequently operates in a warehouse temperature environment and outdoor elements when transporting product from truck to customer location.Utilizes fingers, hands, wrists, and arms constantly to load, unload, stocking and driving. Frequent lifting of product ranging from 2 lbs. to 80 lbs. Consistent use of hand truck to move product up/down ramps, tight spaces and other areas that can range from 50 to 300 lbs.SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday
Shift times: 4-10 hour shifts
4:00 AM – Finish, End time varies.
Pay is expected to start between $25 - $27 per hour

Position Summary
The Fulfillment Manager leads all order fulfillment, picking, packing, and order‑prep activities within the distribution center. This role ensures product moves accurately and efficiently from storage locations to outbound carriers while driving high productivity, accuracy, and inventory integrity. The Senior Manager plays a key leadership role in team development, cross‑training, and end‑to‑end operational flow, directly supporting overall site OTIF performance.

Partner closely with Inbound & Inventory, Outbound Logistics, and QA teams to optimize operational flow.Support site‑wide goals for OTIF, execution quality, and operational excellence.Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintain high housekeeping standards (5S) and conduct regular audits.Lead by example in safety observations, incident prevention, and corrective actions.
What You Will Bring
Required
6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations.3+ years in a managerial or senior supervisory role leading fulfillment/picking/packing teams.Proven track record of delivering strong productivity, accuracy, and OTIF results.Experience developing high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, WMS systems, and quality control processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Preferred

The Data Analyst – Category & Supplier Insights transforms syndicated POS data and demand signals into actionable intelligence that drives growth across retailers, brands, and SKUs. Reporting to the Director FP&A, this role partners closely with Sales to track real-time demand patterns, analyze performance trends, and translate data into clear recommendations that influence sales strategy, category decisions, and inventory management at both the warehouse and account level — ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Insights Development – Analyze syndicated POS data (Spins, Circana/IRI, Nielsen) across retailers, brands, categories, and SKUs. Extract, clean, and manage large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.Category & SKU Performance – Monitor and evaluate performance at the retailer, brand, and SKU level. Identify distribution gaps, velocity opportunities, and assortment optimization strategies.Strategic Recommendations – Translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams, retail partners, and brand stakeholders.
