    Responsibilities
    Day to day functions in the office, including ordering supplies, payroll, Quickbooks, etc.Setting recruiting appointments for the DM 4 to 8 per weekManagement with Smart Office complianceAll Opra transfersAgent and staff licensing supportAll contracts, agents and employeesMonthly tracking of Life, P&C, Commercial, FFS, PGB All FFS requirements, licensing and filesMaintain office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through FridaySchedule all District Meetings and DM travelCoordinate events such as District Meetings, Training Sessions, Customer Appreciation Days, etc. Any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the District Manager



    Requirements
