    Responsibilities
    Source and recruit qualified candidates for insurance agent and agency positions through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community events.Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and valuate assessments to identify top talent.Present the Farmers Insurance career opportunity in a compelling way that highlights our training, support, and growth potential.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and follow up regularly.Coordinate licensing, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.Partner with agency owners and district manager to meet recruiting goals and staffing needs.Track and report recruiting activity using applicant tracking systems.     Requirements

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    Manage all the day to day tasks of your agency

    Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

    Requirements

    Licensing, Registrations & Experience

    Appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FWNL and FFS.

    At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry.

    Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration; or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable, the Series 63 registration within ninety (90) days of a written request.
