We’re looking for a friendly and dynamic Front Desk Receptionist & a bather to join our team. We are looking for a Full-time associate. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their furry friends with a warm smile and positive attitude.Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.Handle all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats with care and compassion.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.Assist with checking in and out, processing payments, and managing client records.Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively without supervision.Work in a loud environment and manage noise levels with composure.Be flexible to work weekends this is a must and adapt to shifts as needed.Qualifications:
A genuine love for dogs and like cats is a must.Ability to handle animals of all sizes and breeds confidently.Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.Positive attitude and a cheerful demeanor.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be willing to clean.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.Store hours are M-F 9-6, Sat 10-6, Sun 10-3Must be comfortable using and learning computer software.For Bather:
Physically able to lift to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and handle a physically active workdayWillingness to clean up after dogs and help maintain a clean, safe environment alongside the rest of the teamAbility to interact with animals in a calm, gentle, and non-threatening mannerWork in a team environmentWhat We Offer:
