We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time assistant to help with general property maintenance.
Flexible schedule ideal for someone looking for supplemental income, retirees, students, or anyone who enjoys hands-on work.
Pay: $23 /hour
Schedule: 2–3 days per week, (approximately 15-20 hours per week total)
Responsibilities:
Gardening and outdoor upkeep
Painting and light touch-up work
Weeding
Planting flowers
Basic landscaping *(No lawn mowing required)
General building maintenance and upkeep
Maintaining a fish tank (Changing filters, water changes)
Assisting with occasional event
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Basic handyman or maintenance experience preferred
Able to lift and move light to moderate items
Positive attitude and willingness to help with different tasks
