JOB SUMMARY
The Dock Lead is primarily responsible for the effective shipping and receiving functions of the dock in regards to the forklift drivers, unloading, and loading both inbound and outbound trucks. The Dock Lead will report directly to the Shipping and Receiving Assistant Manager.
Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse or production facility. This role ensures that all products and materials are accounted for, properly stored, and efficiently distributed to meet operational and customer demands. The specialist will conduct inventory audits, update records, and coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory flow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Adequate training and understanding of FAMOUS & RIMS as it relates to the coordination of accurate order fulfillmentFirm knowledge of product sizes, varieties, sensitivity, location, and backgrounds.Verify correct labeling of orders; ensures proper pallet count; verifies that order is properly selected; understands the role of a Forklift driver & Stacker; familiarizes pallets within proper palletization and stacking procedures; understands FIFO method; assists in clean billing of orders; repack broken products for continued usage; knows when to release an order, knows when to release back orders.Properly and efficiently assign work for forklift drivers before they arrive for another assignment.Understand preferences for the various customer bases, ensuring proper quality and quantity for customer orders; expresses neatness and care through proper order selection. Special request, production correct trailer.Direct implementation of the “Priority Load List & Load Planner” while working closely with client services, supply, and operations departments to ensure proper delivery schedule; understanding of proper loading techniques; complies with customer loading preferences; ensures all customer orders are completed along with any order additions.Maintain, keep and cleanliness of office creates an organized and workable environment and respects all company property and equipment.Completion of paperwork neatly and legibly; ability to communicate effectively; ability to assist and go above what is asked; expresses concern and care for the company and fellow associates; develops proper tools that make a good leader.Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety Procedure and all Food Safety guidelines related to the position or being on the Warehouse floor.Follow compliance with GMP, USDA, and DOL standards.Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Full-time, onsite position in a warehouse and distribution environment in Delray Beach, FL.Early morning schedule required; hours may vary based on operational needs, shipment schedules, and seasonal demand.Work performed in a refrigerated warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, including cold storage areas.Frequent exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and loading equipment.Regular interaction with warehouse personnel, forklift operators, drivers, client services, supply chain, and operations teams.Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.Exposure to fresh produce, packaging materials, and occasional product debris.Noise levels may be moderate to high due to warehouse operations and equipment.Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA, DOL, Occupational Safety standards, and all food safety regulations.Use of computer systems (FAMOUS, RIMS, and other warehouse management systems) for order processing and coordination.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

POSITION SUMMARY
Pero Family Farms is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Controller to join the organization's accounting team. As an Assistant Controller, you will assist the Controller with overseeing and managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company's management team. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a firm understanding of financial regulations, and experience in financial leadership.
Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
