    Key Responsibilities


    Learn and master the companys sales process, products, and services within the title insurance and real estate ecosystem
    Support sales administration by assisting with scheduling, tracking outreach activity, and maintaining accurate CRM records
    Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
    Conduct market research to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends within the assigned territory
    Observe and participate in the sales process by accompanying senior sales representatives on client calls and meetings
    Prepare, customize, and help deliver product and service presentations

    Candidate Profile


    JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (preferred but not required for non-attorney candidates)
    Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (if applicable)

    Proven success closing $7M$25M commercial transactions
