    JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record

    Law Review and/or Honors required


    Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
    25 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage matters
    Experience analyzing complex insurance policies
    Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations
    Demonstrated experience drafting litigation-related documents
    Experience participating in litigation proceedings, including depositions and mediations, among others
    Familiarity with some or all of the following: bad faith insurance claims, commercial general liability, commercial property, errors & omissions, and directors & officers
    Exceptional legal research and writing skills
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team


    Key Responsibilities



    Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions
    Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients
    Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools
    Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
    Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses
    Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation
