    Candidate Profile



    JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
    Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, in good standing
    35 years of substantive experience in antitrust law
    Background in counseling, investigations, and/or litigation under federal antitrust statutes is required
    Experience preparing and managing Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings is strongly desired
    Prior experience with a government agency, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, is a plus
