Maintain a valid driver's license for travel to scheduled appointments. What You Bring: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Essential Job Functions: Perform concrete finishing tasks indoors, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces using hand and power tools. Apply various finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and stamping to achieve desired surface textures and appearances. Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents as necessary. Monitor concrete curing processes and apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure proper coordination and sequencing of concrete finishing activities. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use to ensure they remain in good working condition. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications related to concrete finishing. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for achieving precise and high-quality finishes. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
