    Hiring Manager Partnership

    Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities. Conduct intake meetings to identify the true requirements, expectations, and success factors for each position beyond the written job description. Build strong relationships with leaders across all departments and business units. Ensure hiring plans provide equal opportunities to all candidates (internal and external).Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

    Full-Cycle Recruiting

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance.     Create and maintain compelling job advertisements and recruiting campaigns.     Candidate Evaluation & Selection

    Recruitment Operations

    Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System. Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring results.     Preconstruction (Pre-Con)

    Coordinate with the Director of Preconstruction and the Precon team to lead project turnover meetings and hand-offs with Superintendents, translating bid data into complete execution-ready project packagesPrepare and manage submittals and shop drawings; establish project files, safety documentation, and client compliance paperworkHandle bonding, pre-qualification, and client onboarding requirementsConduct site visits with Superintendents for scope verification and project scheduling prior to mobilization

    Project Management

    Manage labor scheduling throughout project execution; material procurement is handled by the Preconstruction teamIssue, negotiate, and track Change Orders; maintain schedule of values (SOV) and project cost controlsServe as the primary point of contact for client communication during project executionOversee invoicing milestones and ensure timely, accurate billing through project closeout

    Skills & Competencies

    Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes of workStrong estimating skills with demonstrated track record of winning competitive bidsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills for client, subcontractor, and team interactionDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction or estimating software preferred (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage)Ability to work cross-functionally with field Superintendents, estimating, and accounting teamsRequirements:
