Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for an Traveling Superintendent to join our team supporting our Energy Division across the US. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Perimeter Solutions Group is leading the installer of perimeter fence and gates on solar farms across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate weekly (and as needed) meeting with PM’s to review project paperwork, ask PM’s questions/clarifications, and review current projects, and schedule production and upcoming projects.Contact and meet at sites with Client/Customer Reps/Super’s to review layout, readiness, scope of work, etc. for future/scheduled projects.Act as Site Safety Supervisor/Competent person on Project’s as required.Schedule, coordinate, kick off crews assigned to specific projects.Problem solve, troubleshoot, and support Crew Leaders during projects as required.Communicate field changes, scope revisions, etc. with PM to facilitate change orders.Perform QA/QC process and quantity verifications as required on finished projects. Upload notes and photos to project files.Skills Required:
Willingness to travel (company provided vehicle, lodging, and per diem). Project locations are across the Southeast US and extended travel (5 weeks on/1 week off) is a requirement of this position.Experience operating equipment including lull's, forklift's, skid-steer's for material handling/loading/unloading.Valid driver's license with strong preference for CDL.Leadership experience as Superintendent or Foreman in fencing, civil, energy, utility, and/or general construction.General physical fitness defined as able to thrive outdoors and ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.Good communication skills. Preference for Bilingual or willingness to learn additional language.Personality - fast-paced, multi-tasker, team player, adaptability, willingness to learn.*WE ARE A DRUGFREE WORK PLACE: Must pass drug test, as well as random drug screen selections.*

The Foreman/Crew Leader is a working leader responsible for supervising a 2–4 person crew on commercial fence installation projects. This role combines hands on installation work with daily leadership, planning, and oversight responsibilities. The Foreman ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards while maintaining strong communication with management and developing the skills of crew members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
