    Role Overview
    As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Days/Nights) at Perimeter Behavioral Health, you'll play a vital role in providing
    compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in our behavioral health setting. This position
    combines clinical expertise with therapeutic engagement to support our patients' recovery journey.

    Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Care
     Deliver comprehensive nursing care to behavioral health patients

     Monitor and assess patient conditions

     Coordinate with healthcare team members
     Provide nursing group as needed

    Required Qualifications
     Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri or eligible compact state
     Current CPR certification
     Strong assessment and documentation skills

     Crisis intervention capabilities

    Preferred Qualifications
     One year behavioral health nursing experience preferred
     Psychiatric nursing background
     Experience with children and adolescents preferred
     Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
     Knowledge of behavioral health medications
