Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting automotive parts and accessories.Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory flow. Process incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and in a timely manner. Utilize the parts inventory system to track stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with internal teams and mechanics to fulfill parts requests for repairs and services. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Learn about vehicle parts and accessories to effectively assist customers and enhance your knowledge base. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracyQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed. Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving vehicles to appropriate locations and ensuring proper display standards. Ensure all vehicles are prepared for sale, including tagging, marking, and ensuring vehicles meet our cosmetic standards. Support the sales team by delivering vehicles to the service department and preparing vehicles for customer pickup. Assist with organizing vehicle keys and maintaining a tracking system to ensure easy access to inventory. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
