    Position Summary: The Account Management leader at Perforce is searching for an Associate Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and retaining revenue within our existing customer base by selling additional licenses, cross-selling new products, and ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our solutions. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address potential retention risks to deliver a superior customer experience.  This position will support our Klocwork and Helix QAC products. Klocwork & Helix QAC are leading static code analysis solutions that help organizations improve software quality, security, and compliance by detecting defects, vulnerabilities, and coding standard violations early in development. Trusted by enterprises worldwide, these products support DevSecOps initiatives, functional safety requirements, and secure software delivery.   Responsibilities: 

    License Expansion & Cross-Selling:  

    Proactively identify opportunities to sell additional licenses and cross-sell complementary products to existing customers.  

    Work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions to their business goals.  

    Customer Relationship Management:  

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical owners, practical owners, economic decision-makers, and procurement contacts within accounts.  

    Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and ensuring open communication.  

    Business Reviews & Retention:  

    Conduct business reviews with customers 6–9 months prior to their renewal to assess their current usage and identify any adjustments needed in licenses or product mix.  

    Proactively identify potential retention risks and collaborate internally to mitigate them.  

    Value Validation:  

    Validate and communicate the value of our products to customers, ensuring they achieve the expected outcomes and ROI.  

    Gather and share customer success stories and feedback to showcase the impact of our solutions.  

    Sales Execution:  

    Create and deliver accurate quotes and contracts tailored to customer needs.  

    Drive contract negotiations and close deals efficiently to achieve sales targets.  

    Internal Collaboration:  

    Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance) to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.  

    Advocate for customer feedback internally to drive continuous improvement in products and services.  

    Customer Delight:

    Requirements: 

    Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, with a focus on sales and retention.  

    Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including quoting, contracting, and closing business.  

    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.  

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.  

    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.  

    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

    AI Fluency:AI Fluency - Level 2: Skilled Prompter (Advanced Foundation / Early Proficient) - Crafts effective, outcome‑oriented prompts, iterates to improve quality and speed, and validates AI outputs against business context and expectations.The base pay range targeted for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 USD. This position is eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time.     Position Summary:
    The legal team at Perforce is searching for a versatile, AI-forward, Corporate Counsel to join the legal team.  The role will expose you to commercial contracts, artificial intelligence, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, IP strategy, product counseling, and legal operations.  In this role, you will build real breadth across a global, fast-moving business.  Perforce is looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is very detail-oriented, and has the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.  
    In this role, you will be viewed as the trusted advisor and business partner for the entire business, and you will be asked to provide counsel and guidance in support of Perforce's overall business objectives.  The position reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with other high-functioning professionals across the business.Responsibilities:•    Commercial Contracts – support the commercial contracts team by reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts including: (i) software license agreements (SaaS and on-premise (perpetual and subscription)); (ii) commercial contracts (including vendor contracts); (iii) partner and reseller agreements; (iv) professional services agreements; and (v) other agreements required to operate the business as required from time to time.
    •    Product Counseling – support the Product and Engineering teams, advising on privacy, data, regulatory compliance, and the legal risks in product development, including data processing agreements, cross-border data transfers, and data subject request processes.  Review new product features and initiatives to identify legal issues early and help develop solutions that support the business.  Help support and guide Perforce’s approach to AI-related legal and regulatory considerations as the company deepens its use and deployment of the technology.
    •    Compliance and Regulatory - support Perforce’s global compliance posture and regulatory adherence relating to privacy, conflicts of interest, ethics, country-of-origin compliance, export control, and anti-bribery, including the maintenance and updating of related policies and processes.  Proactively review and report on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as track emerging trends. 
    •    Intellectual Property - support the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.  Collaborate with and advise the marketing team to ensure registration of newly created intellectual property and the maintenance of the registered intellectual property.  
    •    Corporate Governance and Transactions – support the corporate governance efforts by drafting board resolutions, written consents, and governance documents.  Support mergers and acquisitions and transaction workstreams as they arise, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and supporting due diligence reviews.
    •    General - work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Product as a go-to legal resource, including supporting HR on employment-related matters as needed.  Help support the legal department’s implementation and use of AI-powered corporate and legal tools.Qualifications:•    J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 
    •    Admitted to practice law in at least one US state.
    •    3-4 years of progressive experience in legal roles, a plus if the experience is in-house settings.
    •    An understanding of the software and technology industry, including software licensing contract structures, the ability to diagnose legal problems, and present positive and creative solutions and alternatives for the business.
    •    Highly responsive with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
    •    Ability to build relationships throughout the organization and manage internal stakeholder expectations with professionalism and responsiveness.
    •    Willingness to contribute to the department’s efforts to find new ways to provide more efficient and cost effective services to our internal clients.
    •    Curiosity coupled with a high degree of integrity and forethought in making decisions.
