Preventative Maintenance Technician II opening with a growing manufacturing organization in Piedmont. In this role, you’ll be working on the Preventive Maintenance Crew. Must have 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40! Perfect for someone taking classes with experience. We have both day and night shifts available.

This role focuses on completing all preventive maintenance during plant downtime to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Excellent track record of carrying out Preventative Maintenance plans
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and in different plant environments.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-sufficient and reliable — able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Job Duties:
• Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Identify improvements and implement into Preventative Maintenance plan.
• Maintain and organize spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Self-manage time and take ownership of the PM plan.
• Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Communicate maintenance updates and needs clearly with team members.
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.
