We add more ease to our client's lives allowing them to focus on their family, career, and more of what they love.
Job Summary:
This is an active, fast-paced household with two working parents — one works full-time remotely, and the other is the primary caregiver for their baby — along with one small dog. The parents keep a full schedule and are seeking a highly organized, proactive PA who can bring structure and consistency to their day-to-day, allowing them to stay focused on their careers and their family time.

Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients in your assigned groupLead Jumpstarts for new client households, including in-home setup, household guide creation, and Personal Assistant onboardingMonitor client satisfaction, anticipate needs, and address concerns before they escalateManage client onboarding and offboarding in partnership with OperationsUphold client contracts and participate in prospective client lead callsPeople Management
Directly manage a large team of Personal Assistants through regular check-ins and structured feedbackParticipate fully in interviewing, screening, and hiring PAsMonitor team engagement and retention; address performance and culture issues proactivelySupport performance management, documentation, and employee development plans with HROperational and Financial Ownership
Manage your department budget and make informed decisions within approved parametersOversee payroll accuracy, timecard review, and timekeeping for your teamLead the annual merit review process, including performance-based pay recommendationsOwn and drive at least one departmental rock (goal) per EOS quarterMaintain department scorecards (metrics) and contribute to L10 meetings and EOS rhythmTraining and Field Presence
