Pay: $17.50
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 3p-11p

Position Summary:
Operate machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.Perform quality inspections using calipers, tape measures, and other measurement tools.Utilize the metric system for part measurements and adjustments.Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues to the supervisor.Maintain accurate production and inspection records.Assist with material handling, setup, and cleanup as needed.Wear proper PPE throughout the entire shift and follow all safety guidelines.Qualifications:
Experience operating production or manufacturing machinery preferred.Ability to read a tape measure and use inspection tools such as calipers.Familiarity with the metric system.Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Open to recent high school graduates with a willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Why Peoplelink?

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturing facility in Middlebury, IN, is seeking dependable Janitorial / Sanitation Associate to help maintain a clean and safe factory environment.
· Pay: $19.16 an hour
1st Shift Monday - Friday
7am-3:30pm
· Clean and sanitize production and common areas throughout the facility
· Sweep, mop, and remove debris from factory floors
· Empty trash and recycling containers
· Clean restrooms, break areas, and walkways
· Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely
· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
· Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
· Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and follow instructions
