People R' Us Community Residential Services operates a 3800-regulated, 24-hour supervised residential treatment program across three locations—two in Philadelphia and one in Chester, PA. Each facility follows Pennsylvania's 3800 regulations and serves specialized populations, including an all-girls home, an all-boys home, and a high-supervision program for youth with autism and mental disabilities. The program provides structured care, behavioral support, and a safe, therapeutic environment tailored to each resident's needs.

Medication Aide:
Assists residents in a group home setting by safely administering prescribed medications, documenting dosages, monitoring for side effects, making Pharmacy calls, managing Medication calls, and reporting health concerns to medical staff. Ensures compliance with 3800 regs, medication protocols, and supports daily living activities.
Residential Aides:
Provides direct care and supervision to residents in a group home, assisting with daily activities such as meals, hygiene, transportation, and recreational tasks. Maintains a safe and clean environment, promoting residents’ independence and well-being.
Residential Team Lead:
Oversees the daily operations of a residential facility, supervising staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison between staff, residents, and families, while supporting a positive and structured home environment.

Our program provides trauma-informed care (TIC) in a short-term living home for adolescents recovering from mental health disorders, inappropriate social behaviors, delinquency, tendencies to run away and nonviolent offenses. We are a licensed Child Residential and Day Treatment Facility through Children and Youth Services, Department of Public Welfare (55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800).
