ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Territory Manager with Penn Veterinary Supply, you will drive sales of products, equipment, and services to both established veterinary clients and new customers within your designated territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and vendor partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and growing the customer base. Daily local travel and occasional overnight travel will be required to engage with clients across the North Central Virginia area.
Candidate must reside within established territory lines and be able to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory to generate sales, grow Penn Vet business, and increase market shareDevelop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the veterinary industry, competitors, vendors, products, and market conditions to understand ideal position of Penn Vet programs and productsSeek to understand and identify the needs of our customers and in turn recommend products and services to satisfy those needsDetail, demonstrate, and recommend promotions, products, and services to customersProvide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional mannerMaintain an up-to-date itinerary and call cycle consistent with customer changes within territoryReview and utilize reports and sales tools in pre and post call planning. Ensure clear and frequent communication with ISRs and Managers.Meet and exceed sales goalsAttend quarterly regional meetings, and other weekly and monthly calls as requiredCompletes other related duties as assigned, customary to department and roleQUALIFICATIONS:
B2B outside sales experience, preferable in animal healthExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsA valid driver’s license requiredAbility to travel for client meeting, trade shows, and other events as neededBase salary plus commissions/bonuses averages gross earnings $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Additional car allowance and monthly expense account is provided.

The Regulatory Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in a specific industry, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or chemicals. They are responsible for researching, interpreting, and implementing regulatory requirements to support the company efforts. The Regulatory Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory processes, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication with regulatory agencies.
Candidates must be available to work an in-person work schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Essential Responsibilities
Stay abreast of regulatory developments, updates, and changes impacting the Veterinary Medicine industry.Research and interpret relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards applicable to products or processes.Analyze regulatory requirements to assess their impact on product development, labeling, advertising, and distribution.Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, notifications, and registrations to regulatory agencies.Ensure timely completion and accuracy of regulatory documentation, including product dossiers, technical files, and quality records.Support compliance activities, such customers and vendor due diligence.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Sales, Purchasing, Credit, IT, Finance, Operations and marketing teams, to integrate regulatory requirements.Facilitate communication and interactions with regulatory agencies, including responding to inquiries, requests for information, and regulatory audits.Develop regulatory strategies and plans to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and expedite product approvals.Assess regulatory risks and potential compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Participate in risk assessments, gap analyses, and regulatory impact assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in regulatory processes and procedures.Provide training and education to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, changes, and best practices.Maintain proficiency in regulatory affairs through ongoing professional development, training, and participation in industry associations and forumsQualifications and Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in regulatory affairs, life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related field (advanced degree preferred).Previous experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or related roles within a regulated industry.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines applicable to the industry.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in regulatory software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Requirements

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for the processing of manufacturer promotions from start to finish in coordination with the rest of the marketing team. They are the lead in communications with both the sales team and customers regarding promotions. They evaluate incoming promotional communications for accuracy and ensure appropriate measures are in place to process and track promotions for reimbursement. They set promotions up online, ensuring they are appropriately tested to function properly and draft informative internal memos for the sales team. Their position requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Candidates must be able to commute to Lancaster, PA and work a hybrid schedule.
Essential Responsibilities
Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team to draft and post manufacturer pass through promotions to sales and the website Collaborate with Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Relations Manager on to create and draft Penn Vet exclusive promotions and offerings. Evaluate promotions for potential reporting needs; Communicate report requests to the IT team and validate before distributing. Communicate, when required, with the finance and credit teams in regard to promotional expenses and reimbursement Serve as a liaison between the marketing and purchasing teams in relation to establishing, implementing, and processing Manufacturer and Penn Vet exclusive promotions. Present promotions with persuasive, concise, and consistent messaging across all channels Evaluate promotions for helpful additional support documents, such as calculators, detail aids, etc. and collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Relations Manager on creation Act as primary contributor and reviewer of promotional content in outgoing communications Draft and publish new product memos in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Relations Manager, and the Sales Support Project Manager and Trainer Perform other related duties as required or as requested by Marketing Relations Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, Director of Marketing & Sales Operations, Vice President, or Company PresidentRequired Education and Experience
