We seek a machinist to program and operate CNC and other milling machinery to produce parts used for the Geotechnical, Foundation Support and Drilling industries. The hours for this role is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday with overtime available.

What you will do for us:
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce quality precision parts Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and specifications for parts.Selects the appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials to be used on machines.Examines and measures completed units and parts to identify any defects and to ensure units conform with predetermined specifications; adjusts machine controls to resolve production errors.Inspects machinery for any needed repairs; performs minor repairs within expertise.Produce parts to tolerances as outlined on production prints. Use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, indicators. Programming of CNC lathes and milling machinery including set up and operate CNC machinery to produce parts with specified tolerances and timely matter. Recognize job hazards and use appropriate PPE and safety procedures.Operation of fork truck and other lifting equipment.
