Not Your Typical Restaurant GM Job
Ownership Opportunity | Work/Life Balance | $70K+ Total Compensation Potential
No late-night closes followed by early opens. No endless meetings. No corporate red tape. Just great people, great food, a healthy work/life balance, and the opportunity to build something that's truly your own.
If you've been looking for a restaurant management position where you're respected, well compensated, have a life outside of work, and have the opportunity to become an owner—not just an employee—you should keep reading.
We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our family-owned Penn Station East Coast Subs restaurant in Harrison, Ohio, a growing community just 20 miles west of Cincinnati.
Our restaurant has been proudly serving the Harrison community since 1997 and has been family-owned from day one. We own just two Penn Station restaurants, allowing us to focus on our people, our guests, and our community—not corporate bureaucracy. After nearly 30 years, we're still growing because we believe in treating our employees and our customers the right way.
This isn't a "clipboard manager" position. Our General Manager leads from the front—prepping, cooking, serving guests, coaching the team, and setting the standard every day. If you love the restaurant business, enjoy making people happy, and believe the best leaders earn respect by working alongside their team, you'll fit right in.

The Person We're Looking For
You don't just manage—you lead.
You're the type of person who jumps in when the team gets busy, enjoys developing people, takes pride in running a clean, efficient operation, and understands that great hospitality starts with taking care of both your employees and your guests.
You value honesty, accountability, and teamwork. You want the freedom to lead, make decisions, and be recognized for the results you achieve.
Most of all, you're looking for more than your next job. You're looking for a place where your work is appreciated, your ideas are heard, your success is rewarded, and your future has no ceiling.
Why This Job Is Different
In an industry where burnout is common, we've built something different. We believe people perform at their best when they're trusted, supported, and given the freedom to lead. You'll have the autonomy to run the restaurant, the support of owners who know your name and are invested in your success, and the chance to build lasting relationships with your team, your guests, and the Harrison community.
If you're looking for a family-owned company, a streamlined operation, outstanding earning potential, and a work/life balance that's hard to find in the restaurant industry, we'd love to meet you.
Let's grab a cup of coffee and talk. We'll learn about your goals, answer your questions, and show you why this isn't your typical restaurant General Manager position.
It could be the last management job you ever need.
