Location: One FT in our Sequim Office and Two FT in our Main Office in Port Angeles, WA (no remote work) Full-Time / Exempt Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE/DOQ) Hours: 40/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM About the Role Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and cultural background. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals. Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners.
