Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and leadership across our growing organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining a professional, efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives and team members Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders Assist with onboarding new employees (scheduling, documentation, coordination) Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships Support clinic operations coordination (as needed across locations) Handle confidential information with discretion Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as the company scales Requirements Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or multi-site environment preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Professional, dependable, and adaptable Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or leadership teams Familiarity with healthcare operations or retail clinic environments Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company Why Join PRM?
