    What You'll Do

    Lead with Impact: Oversee all site activities, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while aligning with company goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
    Champion Safety: Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations, conduct training, and address unsafe conditions to maintain a secure workplace.
    Drive Quality: Implement and enforce quality control systems, align manufacturing with company standards, and support new product specifications using the PSI Total Quality Management System.
    Boost Productivity: Collaborate on production schedules, manage resources, and apply Lean principles to achieve an efficiency target of 89%, ensuring timely and cost-effective output.
    Engage Teams: Build trust through clear communication, provide coaching and performance feedback, and develop training plans to empower employees.
    Maintain Excellence: Oversee facility maintenance and functionality, ensuring equipment reliability and continuous operational improvements.
    What You Bring

    Education & Experience: A degree in business management, engineering, or business administration, or 10+ years of proven experience in a production environment.
    Skills: Strong leadership, mechanical troubleshooting, and communication skills. Proficiency in Lean Daily Management, Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Efficiency, Attendance, Quality, Shipping), and basic computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
    Mindset: A "Can-Do" attitude, flexibility to work extended hours when needed, and a commitment to fostering a positive, results-driven work environment.
    Physical Ability: Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
