Due to our continued growth, we are actively expanding our Outside Sales Team that calls on local builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies. Come be a part of our exciting growth!
TERRITORY
We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:
Harrisburg, PALanghorne, PAPlymouth Meeting, PAWhitehall, PACherry Hill, NJWilmington, DERESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a business plan that will establish activity levels and target account acquisitions for the upcoming year to allow you to achieve your sales goals.Focus on new account acquisition, targeting local builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies to drive results and meet established goals.Regularly visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active new projects and accounts in your area.Participate in select functions, such as trade shows or chapter meetings, to build your network and relationships with prospective clients.Continually update and leverage knowledge of Pella and competitor products.Complete take-offs when applicable; Develop window and door solutions to satisfy prospects and customers’ needs.Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

They work with the Events Manager and other Event Sales Reps to capture leads and selling opportunities that support divisional sales and market share growth objectives.
Engage with homeowners and other potential customers at events to bring awareness to the Pella brand and work to convert leads to quoting opportunities.Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal targets.Participate in daily, weekly or monthly in-person or virtual meetings with manager.Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement.Handle all customer requests in a timely and professional manner.Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.

This individual will manage multiple commercial projects from the point of sale through the final billing. They will represent our organization at the project site during product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted while providing top tier customer service.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software.Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.Prepare all required submittals for architectural review including shop drawings, product data, and test reports.Field measure projects when verification is required and recognize potential site problems to identify solutions with on-site personnel.Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
