The Role:
We re seeking a full-time Account Manager to oversee ocean, air (domestic & international), import, and land shipments including general, oversize/out-of-gauge, and project cargo. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and loves delivering exceptional customer service.
What You ll Do:
Negotiate rates and prepare customer quotes
Coordinate and expedite shipments from start to finish & prepare all shipment documentation, including letters of credit
Track shipments and provide updates to customers
Ensure smooth legalization of documents
Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships
What We re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years operations experience with a freight forwarder
Hands-on experience managing all facets of ocean, air, import, and land shipments
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
