    Responsibilities

    Pediatrix is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient pediatric and newborn care team at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, MI. This role provides comprehensive care across two locations, offering a balanced mix of newborn services, pediatric support, and clinical collaboration.

    Clinical Responsibilities Include:

    Rotation across two locations, providing coverage in both settings.

    Location 1:

    Morning newborn rounding only

    No out-of-house call

    Location 2:

    24-hour in-house shifts

    Coverage includes newborn care, Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN), and pediatric ER consultations as needed.

    The ideal candidate is a team-oriented physician committed to high-quality, family-centered care in a supportive community hospital environment.

    Qualifications

    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

    Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program

    Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
