1,250 babies delivered annually and offers a Level-II NICU with experienced care and advanced technology Our team is made up of highly motivated OB/GYN hospitalists who perform deliveries, cover the OB and main emergency department, round on inpatients and manage transports Collaboration with affiliated MFM and Neonatology providers 24-hour shiftsQualificationsBoard Certification in OB/GYNMinimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience requiredActive TX license or IMLC license requiredBenefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Our hospitalists provide 24/7 in-house coverage.Responsibilities will include delivery attendance, Ob triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage.Program is led by Maternal-Fetal Medicine and GYN surgeries are performed primarily by a Community Back Up Call.Good Samaritan is a Regional Perinatal Center with a Level III NICU and our affiliated neonatologists.The ideal candidate will hold an active CA license.With all the amenities of a large city and the charm of a small town, San Jose is located at the Southern tip of San Francisco Bay and is the heart of Silicon Valley, home to many of the world's largest high-tech companies.
