Job Summary: The Operational Excellence Specialist will work closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operational Excellence to support the Materials organization in analyzing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This role will assist in evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive operational excellence. As a proactive learner and team player, the Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with the Materials team to contribute to business success and develop skills in process improvement and project management.
Essential Functions: 1. Mastery. Assist in developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans for equipment and systems to ensure their reliability and safety. 2. Innovation . Learn to analyze processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Help gather and analyze data to assess process performance and support recommendations for changes .3. Determined.
