We are a fast paced, family-oriented PA Workers’ Compensation firm looking for a reliable and proactive Client Liaison to start immediately. The Client Liaison is responsible for contacting clients to confirm appointments, answer questions and check on their overall wellbeing.
The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ needs.
Job duties include:
• Calling a list of clients daily
• Delivering messages and delivering them to the appropriate person via email
• Maintaining an upbeat and friendly disposition with all our callers
Required Skills
· Bilingual (Spanish)
· Demonstrated customer service skills are a MUST
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
· Self-starter, eager to learn and willing to work
