Commercial Cleaning Technician (Day Porter & Evening Janitorial)
We are seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our commercial cleaning team. We currently have both Day Porter and Evening Janitorial opportunities available in professional office environments.

Pay
Day Porter: $17.00 per hour
Evening Janitorial Technician: $16.00 per hour

Monday – Friday
Daytime business hours
Customer-facing position in occupied office buildings
Frequent interaction with tenants, visitors, and property management
Evening Janitorial Technician
Monday – Friday
Evening hours
Commercial office cleaning after business hours
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash and replace liners
Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
Dust desks, counters, and common areas
Clean glass, mirrors, and entryways
Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
Maintain lobbies, break rooms, and common areas
Follow company cleaning procedures and schedules
Report maintenance and safety concerns
Qualifications
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to comply with company uniform and workplace appearance standards
Ability to represent the company professionally in customer environments
