Peach State Roofing, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our South Florida office.
Experience is preferred but, Peach State Roofing will also be willing to train the right individual looking to get in on the ground floor with a large national commercial roofing contractor.
Our office is located in Pompano Beach, FL and completes projects throughout South Florida. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the installation and completion of roofing projects, guarantee customer satisfaction, oversee all branch administrative duties, manage branch employee relations and communicate with PSR corporate. This position will report to the Regional Manager.

Duties:
Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed for all safety and quality measuresAddress any and all types of problems that may arise during the course of the installationEnsure customer satisfactionManaging material and equipmentManaging multiple projects and employees at the same time.Managing daily branch operationsCommunicate all happenings with Corporate and HRRequirements
