    What You'll Do

    As an Industrial Electrician, you'll install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations. You'll work on a variety of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting production and minimizing equipment downtime.

    Key Responsibilities

    Install and repair electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and industrial equipment

    Install power supply wiring for new machinery, conveyors, robots, and programmable controllers

    Connect electrical wiring, cables, and components to production equipment

    Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures

    Diagnose and repair motors, transformers, relays, switches, sensors, lighting systems, and other electrical components

    Replace faulty electrical and electronic components, including printed circuit boards

    Repair and rewire electric motors and replace motor bearings

    Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation

    Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

    Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirements

    What We're Looking For

    High School Diploma or GED

    Minimum 5 years of Industrial Electrician or electrical maintenance experience

    Minimum of one technical certificate in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, refrigeration, HVAC, or building maintenance

    Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and production equipment

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings

    Experience repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems

    Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

    Ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, and articulated boom lifts

    Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts as needed

    Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Associate's Degree or two-year technical certificate in Electrical Maintenance or a related field

    Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

    Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing systems

    Strong analytical and organizational skills

    Experience identifying and implementing process improvements

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    What You'll Do

    Required Qualifications

    Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

    Demonstrated experience supporting turboprop aircraft.

    Working knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures, systems, and operational processes.

    Ability to diagnose problems, make sound maintenance decisions, and work within established procedures.

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Welder to join a manufacturing team in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you'll perform fit-up, welding, brazing, and assembly work while supporting quality and safety standards in a production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform layout and fit-up work using fixtures and positioners

    Weld various metals using Pulsed MIG, Short-Arc MIG, and Submerged Arc welding processes

    Assemble fabricated metal products using MIG welding equipment

    Produce strong, smooth, and consistent welds with proper penetration

    Follow established welding procedures and utilize jigs and fixtures during assembly

    Perform brazing operations on a variety of materials

    Complete hand grinding and metal forming work as needed

    Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment and report hazards to supervision

    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Communicate effectively with team members and assist others as needed

    Required Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED

    Minimum 2 years of manufacturing welding experience

    Experience with Pulsed MIG, Short-Arc MIG, or Submerged Arc welding processes

    ASME Certification

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    Ability to work and weld in various positions, including kneeling, overhead, and confined or awkward positions

    Preferred Qualifications

    Ability to successfully complete an onsite 6G weld test

    Ability to perform flat, vertical, and overhead welds with quality appearance and penetration

    Experience operating plasma cutters and acetylene torches

    Ability to read tape measures, angle finders, blueprints, and cut lists

    Basic math skills including fractions and angles

    Experience operating overhead cranes

    Ability to use power and manual shop tools

    Ability to climb and work from ladders

    Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

    Work Environment

    Manufacturing and fabrication shop environment

    Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and welding throughout the shift

    Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, and fabrication equipment

    Regular use of welding, grinding, cutting, and fabrication equipment

    What You’ll Do

    You’ll play a key role in daily operations across multiple functions:

    Sales Support

    Manage front desk and phone reception with professionalism

    Prepare and distribute sales materials

    Administrative Operations
