What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Performing assembly, final packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products
Operating both manual and automated manufacturing equipment
Maintaining continuous material flow by loading and unloading materials and assembled devices throughout the production process
Monitoring automated equipment, performing basic fault resets, and entering setup and production information
Receiving, distributing, and moving materials and supplies throughout the manufacturing area
Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and quality requirements
Maintaining accurate production records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards
Ensuring product quality and documentation accuracy throughout all manufacturing activities
Completing required training assignments on time
Supporting a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals, metrics, and operational excellence
Performing additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment requiring specialized gowning procedures
Understanding of the importance of documentation accuracy and product traceability
Ability to work safely and responsibly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the facility, perform repetitive hand movements, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
Biology or chemical laboratory experience is a plus

What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing electronic and mechanical components to meet strict quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble hardware, connectors, and components used in electronic, molded, and metal assemblies.
Operate assembly equipment, machines, and pre-set tools and fixtures to fabricate components.
Perform wire assembly, through hole soldering, finishing, cleaning, packaging, and rework on various products and assemblies.
Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and specialized preparation equipment to complete tasks accurately.
Clean and touch up finished products using approved solvents and materials, removing excess flashing, blemishes, and defects.
Work with magnification scopes when required to ensure precision assembly.
Measure and record product data as needed.
Maintain responsibility for quality standards and daily production targets at assigned workstations.
Follow all ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS 9100 procedures and work instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety practices.
Assist team members to meet production goals and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Support training and onboarding of new employees when required.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team-oriented production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Work involves repetitive motion and may require sitting, standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping
Ability to work with and around manufacturing chemicals and solvents
Must pass visual acuity testing (20/20 with or without glasses) and color vision exam prior to hire and bi-annually
Preferred Qualifications
Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
Experience using magnification scopes in a manufacturing setting
Previous electronics assembly or soldering experience
Ability to obtain IPC-A-610 Certification (required for backpanel assembly roles)

Wage range: $22-26/hr
We are seeking an RMA Technician that will work as part of a team to perform cycle counts and keep accurate inventory data. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within Warehouse Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The RMA Technician will perform duties such as Automated Optical Inspection, Functional Test and Material Handling as needed.
Responsibilities
-Monitor and maintain testing station performance
-Responsible for the basic maintenance and troubleshooting of test equipment
-Loading and unloading PCBA onto test Fixtures
-Scanning units into the test software
-Assist Test Engineers and Engineer Technicians with test station setup and other processes
-Maintaining a clean work environment to 5S Standards.
-Loading and unloading PCBA into the Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
-Segregate RMAs according to program type to minimize program change overs
-Place red indicator arrows identifying failures detected at AOI
-Responsible for providing support in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventories.
-Perform cycle counts where inaccuracies are occurring.
-Executing responsible for proper material storage strategies.
-Participate in the receiving unloading, and inspection of shipments for damage.
-Operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
-Complete receiving, discrepancy, and follow-up reports.
-Organize the warehouse space locations and determining the proper location of supplies to allow for maximum space utilization.
-Operate a computer and assigned software to input data and generate reports.
Qualifications
Must be able to maintain efficiency and work together with team members to complete projects by their deadlines.
Warehouse and Inventory experience
Medium to heavy physical effort required. Will handle an average-weight of objects that are 30-50 pounds.
This position requires walking, standing, and repetitive bending throughout the day.
Ensure proper handling of fragile PCBAs as to not damage components.
