Pay rate: 20.00/ hour (paid weekly)
As a Machine Operator, you will not only have the opportunity to operate machinery but also support the manufacturing operations as a whole with your expertise.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Operate machinery such as band saws, automatic welding machines, and forklifts.
Move, assemble, and maintain pipe orders within the shop and yard.
Set up and maintain machines for pipe fabrication and perform quality checks using gauges.
Measure and cut pipe using various tools, including torches and Landis machines.
Qualified Candidate must have:
6-8 months of recent experience with machinery, band saws, or welding equipment.
Ability to accurately use and understand tape measures and gauges for quality checks.
Strong mechanical background with experience in auto mechanics, machinery maintenance, or similar fields.
Familiarity with operating powered industrial equipment (forklift certification preferred).
High school diploma or GED (must be listed on the resume).
Strong math skills for calculating product quantities.
Good communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
