We are seeking experienced Carpenter Foreman to work in our Project located Denver, CO. How you will contribute to the team: * Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings, and perform accurate field layouts. * Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities, including crane usage with other trades. * Lead the planning and installation of cast‑in‑place concrete. * Perform and manage 3‑week look‑ahead schedules. * Monitor labor productivity and adjust work plans as necessary. * Supervise, lead, and develop teams of carpenters and tradespeople. * Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of scaffolding and safety equipment. * Perform layout, set elevations and grades, install PVC water stops, set anchor bolts, and install block‑outs. * Erect, strip, and manage gang forms, shoring, and steel formwork systems. * Secure and properly store tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday. * Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site. * Coordinate closely with project supervision and other trades. What you will bring to the role: * 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plants or heavy civil construction (preferred) for Carpenter Foremen. * 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plants or heavy civil construction (preferred) for Form Carpenters. * Proven experience with steel formwork, shoring systems, and concrete construction. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively. * Ability to read plans and perform layout with minimal supervision. * Good attendance record with references from previous employer(s). * OSHA or other safety certifications a plus. * Ability to lift an average of up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. * Good arm, hand, and finger dexterity and strong eyesight for detailed carpentry work. * Ability to navigate active construction sites daily. * Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs as required. * Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, elevated work areas, and excavated environments. * Comfortable working around chemicals, grinding, torching, and crane operations. * Ability to work in close coordination with others on active job sites. * This is a safety‑sensitive position.
