Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Integration Technician Lead is responsible for guiding the integration team on best practices for the entire integration process including the physical build-out, configuration, and quality control of the servers and workstations processed through PCSP’s staging and integration facility. This is a hands-on, bench-level role requiring technical proficiency with enterprise server and workstation hardware, BIOS/UEFI configuration, firmware management, RAID setup, and drive provisioning. More specifically, the disassembly lead manages the flow of incoming palletized purchase orders and distributing them to the disassembly team ensuring product is processed in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. They are responsible for unloading inbound shipments with the forklift, keeping track of purchase order status, purchase order disassembly and receiving, purchase order reconciliation, and leading the disassembly team on a daily basis. This includes but may not be limited to: training, process improvements, QC checks, daily forklift duties, and performing the disassembly technician role itself.
