    About the Role
    We are seeking a Bioprocess Development Engineer to join our growing Bioprocess R&D team. In this role, you will work hands-on with advanced bioreactor systems and diverse cell types, supporting the development of scalable manufacturing processes for emerging therapies.
    This is a highly collaborative, science-driven role where you’ll contribute both at the bench and in client-facing technical discussions—bridging innovation with application.

    What You’ll DoLead and support process development programs for cell and gene therapy applications Work hands-on in the lab, executing bioreactor runs, process optimization, and analytical testingPartner with cross-functional teams and external clients to translate scientific goals into actionable plans Troubleshoot experimental challenges and drive root cause analysisSupport technology transfer, process characterization, and scale-up activitiesContribute to scientific publications, presentations, and innovation initiativesMentor junior team members and support continuous improvement efforts

    What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Experience in bioprocessing, cell culture, or advanced therapy manufacturingFamiliarity with bioreactors, process control, and cell characterization techniquesStrong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced lab environment
    Compensation
    Salary Range: $83,000 – $114,000 (based on experience)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support critical supply chain and cross-functional operations within our growing manufacturing environment. This is a 6-month temporary assignment designed to support key initiatives and evolving business needs, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and organizational priorities.

    In this role, you will partner closely with teams across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to help drive issue resolution, support compliance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

    What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day supply chain operations and cross-functional coordinationDrive and track deviations, change controls, investigations, and related actions to closurePartner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve material and quality issuesDraft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentationTrack project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure executionGather and communicate critical data to support decision-making and investigationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operational processesSupport reporting, data analysis, and project updatesCommunicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

    What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications

    Associate’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience, or
    Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experienceExperience in biotech, life sciences, medical device, or a regulated industry is a plusFamiliarity with GMP, QMS, deviation or change control processes preferredExperience with systems such as ERP, QMS, or document management system, Veeva, is a plus

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and adaptCompensation

    Pay Range: $38.86 - $49.18
    Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
