About the RoleWe are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support critical supply chain and cross-functional operations within our growing manufacturing environment. This is a 6-month temporary assignment designed to support key initiatives and evolving business needs, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will partner closely with teams across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to help drive issue resolution, support compliance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day supply chain operations and cross-functional coordinationDrive and track deviations, change controls, investigations, and related actions to closurePartner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve material and quality issuesDraft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentationTrack project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure executionGather and communicate critical data to support decision-making and investigationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operational processesSupport reporting, data analysis, and project updatesCommunicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers(Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.)

Associate’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience, orKey Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and adaptCompensationPay Range: $38.86 - $49.18
Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
This role is based in a standard office and manufacturing setting in Camarillo, CA, with occasional interaction with operational areas.
