We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing business. In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between customers, distributors, brokers, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure orders, communications, and sales support activities are handled accurately and efficiently.

Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 yearly
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and brokers, providing order updates, account support, and issue resolution.Support sales operations through order processing, inventory updates, reporting, promotional activities, and new customer, broker, and product setup.Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely communication.Assist with invoicing, shipping documentation, order tracking, purchase order adjustments, and dispute resolution.Maintain accurate customer, distributor, and product records while supporting process improvements and administrative activities.What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, operations, or administrative support.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.Experience supporting sales teams, distributors, brokers, or wholesale accounts preferred.Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, distribution, or logistics industries is a plus, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.Why Join Us?

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the profitability of the parts department and supervision of parts counter workflow.
The work schedule is M-F – 8 am to 5 pm shift, Saturday 8 am to 12 noon.
Responsibilities:
Over the Counter (OTC) & Inside Parts Sales Ordering Parts Stocking Parts Shipping & Receiving Parts Pulling Parts & fulfilling parts orders Utilizing parts diagrams to look up parts Process POS (point of sale) transactions. Cross-sell and up-sell products. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Suggest ways to improve parts processes and procedures Maintain a professional attitude and appearance Achieving departmental sales goals Performing inventory counts Calculating stock levels, reorder points, and reorder quantities Building and ordering quarterly, semi-annual, and annual stock orders Building and submitting vendor parts returns Any additional tasks as may be assignedQualifications & Experience:
Must have 5 + years’ parts management experience in a retail environment and excellent mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of two- and four-cycle gasoline engines and diesel engines is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiar with POS systems and online parts lookups, adequate product knowledge and understanding unit pricing. Must be willing to work longer hours and Saturdays as required to meet customer demands. Able to Lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs. plus work outdoors and indoors in all weather. Read Less
