Position Overview
As an Estimator responsible for accurately estimating and management of pavement milling, reclamation, recycling, roller compacted concrete, and soil stabilization work with an emphasis in the public and private sectors. Managing all aspects of Estimates including contract administration, subcontractor coordination, job cost tracking, collections, and project close out. Develop a strong customer base through customer relations and negotiating skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Research, identifies, executes of new jobs to bid, and identifying risks and opportunities specific to each potential new job.Solicits proposals from various subcontractors and assisting in managing them through all phases of the project.Creates and delivers project estimates that include labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor pricing.Reviews contract documents to ensure all inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and any special requirements are being met prior to execution.Procure and manage subcontractors and materials, completing quality take offs, and verifying supply quantities.Communicates effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to fellow employees, operations, subcontractors, customers, and onsite personnelInvoicing customers for work completed in a pay period, managing margins on projects, approving subcontractor pay applications, submitting cost to completes on projects each month, and managing all change order workFollows project start-up and close-out procedures ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, documents are submitted, and the project meets all applicable standardsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications
Proven experience as a construction estimatorStrong verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with a variety of internal and external customers.Strong computer skills including standard Microsoft Office applications, estimating software and scheduling software.Ability to motivate and foster relationships to enhance a cooperative team environment.Ability to develop professional relationships with customer representatives and officials from local agencies and private sector clients that will lead to long term partnerships.Ability to resolve conflicts and job-related disputes in a diplomatic and tactful manner.Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. The Chief Estimator is responsible for managing the estimating department, review of all estimates, assist in preparation of estimates, finalizing budgets, and communicating with operations for a seamless transfer of information on all construction projects.

As the Sr. Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with the Payroll Department and ensuring that weekly payroll and certified payroll is processed timely and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities

As a Driver your primary role is to transport items from one location to another
Primary Responsibilities
Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbsPull a towed weight exceeding 10,000 lbsEnsure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor unit Transport goods from the place of origin to assigned destinationPick-up loads and organizes goods in an ordered and logical mannerEnsure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage Operation of pump of oil and fuel pumpsSafely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinationsObtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with clients Assist in mapping delivery routesStay on a predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries Communicate with dispatch as neededConfirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip Check weather conditions and road reports in preparation for departure Main vehicle in clean and organized mannerMaintain and service vehicle as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.) Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encounteredFollow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times Maintain detailed driving and delivery logsTrack and report working hoursAdhere to company rules and regulationsQualifications

Position Overview
As a Project Manager you will oversee the life cycle management, financial management and close out of a project to ensure completion to customer requirements within set deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the assigned project, including production, invoicing, budget, and client relations; to ensure compliance with the project contractDevelops and manages schedule, change orders, project procedures, and equipment resources needed to complete accurate and timely project productionDevelops and manages the project manpower and milestones for each phase of production, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of project objectivesEngages with all relevant stakeholders proactively, including business partners, general contractors, customers and regulatory bodies that will have influence over project successCoordinates with operations team to identify project risk and negotiate change orders with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project productionWhere relevant, presents monthly project reports to the senior leadership teamSupports and promotes project safety by ensuring compliance with the project safety program and required owner safety Reviews weekly safety reports and participates in monthly safety review meetings with project personnelReviews and approves manpower and equipment needs for efficient and effective project productionNegotiates dispute and provides resolutions with the relevant stakeholdersProvides input on equipment procurement methods and contracts to ensure efficient and effective project productionLeads project closeout procedures, finalizing contract paperwork, obtaining retainages and working with management to resolve any project claims.
