As Corporate Controller, you will partner with the VP of Finance to build the accounting infrastructure required to support high-volume manufacturing and commercial growth while maintaining rigorous public company standards. You will own the Book of Record and serve as the backbone of financial integrity during a transformational period. What You Will Achieve: Lead accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Billing) for a publicly traded company, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial functions Oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and financial controls as the manufacturing facility scales to commercial production Own preparation of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks, ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements Align financial reporting with forecasting and provide senior leadership with actionable data for strategic decisions Design and implement internal controls and optimize ERP systems for scalability as the company grows Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional growth Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Active CPA license 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with public company exposure Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K filings) Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance Experience with cost accounting and inventory controls in a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications: Mix of Big 4/Public Accounting and corporate accounting experience Background in medical device, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing Experience at companies under 250 employees or in pre-IPO/small-cap public company environments ERP implementation or optimization experience Why This Opportunity: Competitive base ($160K-$200K) plus equity participation in a company with a proven exit track record.
