Applicants must have experience in restoration and in water mitigation.     Salary: $65,000+ bonus & commission

    Fire Technician


    Since 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage, mitigation, content restoration, and construction. With more than 350 offices in our franchise network, the company serves residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients across the U.S. and Canada. As a Fire Technician, you will work with a team to remediate fire and smoke, as well as construction debris from residential and commercial properties. A Fire Technician works in both indoor and outdoor settings. Normal working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM.

    Engaging with and educating homeownersCompleting daily documentation such as sketches, readings, photos, and notes of each jobWater extraction and setting up drying equipmentDetermining what materials can be dried and what materials need to be removedResponding to emergency service calls during the day as well as during set on-call daysLeading water restoration jobs while guiding water techniciansThe ideal technician
     Ability to lead by example and set the tone Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required  2-3 years of disaster restoration experience  Excellent communication skills  Hardworking, reliable, organized  Ability to work extended/on-call hours  Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds  Valid IN Driver’s License  Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
    If you demand more from yourself than others demand from you, this is the place for you. This position can earn up to 70,000 annually. There are amazing bonus opportunities as well! The position pays overtime and a monthly bonus.  This is a position where you can earn what you want by the end of the year by working emergency jobs on evenings and weekends with the monthly bonus increasing with each job you lead. We provide onsite and in-class PAID training in Water Restoration and IICRC certifications. We recognize hard work and integrity of each employee are strongly promoted from within. We work with you on leadership training and peer coaching to ensure you have the best crew. The position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with 8-10 days of consistent on-call.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

    What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?
    RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
