    Emergency Services Project Manager
    The Emergency Services Project Manager will be working within our Emergency Services Department. The Emergency Services Project Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure growth and development of their team.

    $55,000 - $65,000 per year + on-call and profitability bonuses

    RESPONSIBILITES:
    • Train and coach Emergency Services Department staff
    • Attend monthly staff meetings
    • Ability to scope water damage, mold, smoke/fire and repairs
    • Use professional decorum/demeanor with customers at all times
    • Hold team members accountable for completion deadlines and quality of service
    • Use tools and reporting to budget and margin results
    • Drive response, urgency and safety
    • Promote morale and engagement
    • Ensure subcontractor compliance
    • Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and customers
    • Maintain and create good relationships with insurance carriers and vendors
    • Manage and exceed expectations for job profit
    • Ensure production meets the set Gross Profit goals
    • Collection of payment from closed jobs
    • Monitor and address safety issues and practice safety practices including proper PPE as well as OSHA standards
    • Marketing and sales of your company services to current and potential client base, insurance carriers, and industry professionals
    • Collect Accounts Receivable
    • Attend industry related trainings
    • Participate in on-call rotation for team
    • All other duties as assigned
    Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Knowledge of emergency services within the restoration industry
    • Customer Service, Communication and Administrative Skills
    • Coaching and leadership skills
    • Effective meeting and Strategic planning skills
    • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, Luxor, Sage, Contractor Connection, ADP, SharePoint, and One Drive
    • Ability to create documents and invoices
    • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame
    • Ability to oversee a staff of up to twenty employees
    • Stress Management and Composure
    • Maintain a level of confidentiality
    Required Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 3+ years experience within the Restoration Industry
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • IICRC certifications
    • Xactimate/Symbility Experience a plus
    • Restoration Experience
    Physical Requirement
    • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
    • The person in this position needs to frequently move about clients properties to complete estimates and oversee completion of jobs
    • Constantly operates a computer
    • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers and staff over the phone and face to face
    • Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
    • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

    Project Manager

    The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

    Salary $65,000 - $75,000 per year + commission


    RESPONSIBILITES:
    • Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades.
    • Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the projects
    • Create work orders for projects
    • Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed
    • Manage an on-site Foreman on each project
    • Order materials
    • Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimator
    • Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active with the customer and in our internal operating system
    • Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
    • Maintain positive financial collections, draws and final payments throughout the duration of the project
    • Have a profit and sale growth mindset while working as part of a team

    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GED
    Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
    Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry

    Preferred:
    Class A or B General Contractors License
    Associate or Bachelors Degree
