You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery.

What You’ll Do
Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction.Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.Qualifications:

Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and needMonitors interprets and responds to lead sourcesEstablish and maintain positive relationships in the local communityVolunteer non-operational time to related community eventsOn-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduledAchieve and remain current in required certificationsProvide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property ownerSupport the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and valuesRequired Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required 4+ years experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance2+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role Preferred Skills Desired of Team Member:
