    Field Lead Technician
    $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

    As a Field Lead Technician, you’ll lead by example on residential and commercial jobs impacted by water, fire, storm, or mold damage. You’ll use digital tools and data-driven processes to manage mitigation projects, ensuring work is completed to precise standards, safely, efficiently, and on time.

    Lead and train technicians in the field and warehouse.Use digital tools such as RMS, Xactimate, and MICA for documentation and project tracking.Perform damage assessments, moisture inspections, and set restoration equipment per standard protocols.Communicate job details clearly and factually with customers and internal teams.Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, organized condition.Accurately log time, notes, and photo documentation for each job.Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.Paid IICRC certifications and pursue ongoing technical development.Required Education/Experience:
    Strong technical aptitude and comfort with technology (iPhone, iPad, job management systems).Exceptional attention to detail and process accuracy.1+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or related skilled trades.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks methodically.Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, direct, and factual.Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.Preferred Education/Experience:
    Prior restoration experience.IICRC certifications (or willingness to earn them).Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.The role offers:

    What You’ll Do
    Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction.Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.Qualifications:

    Construction Project Manager

    The Construction Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget. This role with serve our area locations of York, Harrisburg and Carlisle

    The Must-Have: At least 5 years of leadership in restoration or construction. We are looking for someone who already knows how a job site breathes.Sub-Contractor Mastery: You aren't just swinging a hammer; you are the conductor of the orchestra. Scheduling vendors and ordering materials on time is what will keep you on budget.The "Middle Man" Factor: You’ll be the bridge between the customer and the carrier.Foreman Management: You’ll have a boots-on-the-ground lead at each site, so your job is high-level oversight and problem-solving rather than micro-managing the daily tasks.RESPONSIBILITES:
    Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades.Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the projectsCreate work orders for projectsSchedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completedManage an on-site Foreman on each projectOrder materialsReview estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimatorProvide weekly updates on all projects that are active with the customer and in our internal operating systemMonitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities Maintain positive financial collections, draws and final payments throughout the duration of the projectHave a profit and sale growth mindset while working as part of a teamRequirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
