As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage eventsReview and confirm project budgets, scopes of work, and work orders before project launchCoordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor project timelines, quality standards, and financial performanceTrack and report project metrics during weekly production meetingsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendorsParticipate in community and networking events to support brand awareness and business growthIdentify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experienceParticipate in an on-call rotation scheduleWhat We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional construction or project management experience preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organizational and planning skillsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughPositive, solution-oriented attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentTeam-oriented mindsetOur office is located in Phoenix, we are wanting someone who can drive to Phoenix once weekly for a production meeting with the manager. All reconstruction jobs assigned will be in the Tuscon area.Preferred Experience
Construction project management experience is highly valuedRestoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
