    As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage eventsReview and confirm project budgets, scopes of work, and work orders before project launchCoordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor project timelines, quality standards, and financial performanceTrack and report project metrics during weekly production meetingsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendorsParticipate in community and networking events to support brand awareness and business growthIdentify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experienceParticipate in an on-call rotation scheduleWhat We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent; additional construction or project management experience preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organizational and planning skillsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughPositive, solution-oriented attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentTeam-oriented mindsetPreferred Experience

    Construction project management experience is highly valuedRestoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.


    Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Estimator to help homeowners and businesses rebuild after fire, water, and storm damage. In this role, you will prepare repair estimates, and work with insurance adjusters and our production team to restore properties to pre-loss condition.

    What You'll Do
    Analyze matterport scans of residential and commercial properties after fire, water, or storm damagePrepare estimates using estimating software (Xactimate)Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teamsWork with Project Managers to develp the scope of work for mitigation, contents and reconstruction projectsDocument change orders and supplements as neededParticipate in an on-call rotation for new lossesBuild relationships with insurance professionals and local partners
