Operate HEPA air filtration systems, dehumidifiers, and containment barriers to prevent cross-contamination during remediation processes. Document all remediation activities, including before-and-after photos, air quality tests, and job site reports for clients and insurance purposes. Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction with remediation efforts. Re-inspect job sites for quality control. Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner. Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
