Job Summary:
Pattison's Academy is seeking a passionate and driven Lead Counselor to join our summer camp team. Reporting to the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director, this position will be responsible for facilitating a 4-week camp program for participants with multiple and severe disabilities. As a Lead Counselor, you and a Co-Lead would supervise a group of counselors assigned to the group, while ensuring that our camp programming is individualized to the needs of your campers.

Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities Minimum of 2 semesters of higher education with a focus on one or more of the following: Education, Therapy (SLP, OT, Physical), Medicine, PsychologyMinimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experienceResponsibilities:
As a Lead Counselor, you will be expected to carry out the following job duties:
