    As a Service Coordinator for Patterson Dental, you will be responsible for providing a professional approach to dispatching and performing all duties related to the scheduling of requests for service. The service coordinator role requires a high level of professional autonomy due to the nature of resource planning in assignment of service technicians to service requests.

    Essential Functions

    Triages calls and inquiries from customers.

    Assigns and schedules service requests from clients or company personnel.

    Manages resources efficiently and effectively for all scheduled service.

    Monitors service orders assigned to technicians.

    Responsible for the life cycle of service order (creates, edits, completes and invoice service orders).

    Reconciles various CRM reports on a monthly basis.

    Works closely with the Branch Procurement Specialist(s) with resource and project planning.

    Demonstrates a commitment to Patterson values & professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.

    Performs other service coordinator duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associates degree or higher preferred or 2-5 years equivalent industry experience.

    Expresses strong customer service orientation or related dispatching experience through excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills.

    Has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail.

    Ability to positively contribute to the Branch team environment by taking initiative to learn and improve upon skillsets.

    Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, both written and verbal.

    Uses technology with efficiency, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1-3 years dispatching and customer service experience, with previous experience in the Dental industry preferred.

    Previous working experience with project or resource coordination.

    Bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred.

    Essential Functions

    Install and/or Repair Dental Equipment: The core responsibility for a Service Technician is to observe, listen, learn and apply training. Training is supplied by Service Technician mentors and online training courses through Patterson Technology Academy.

    Safely remove, modify, repair, and install various dental equipment under general supervision with the ability to work independently after training.

    Follow checklists, ensuring all critical parts are examined.

    Demonstrate knowledge on the installation procedures and jobsite protocol.

    Apply specific manufacturer and Patterson guidelines, OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations related to asepsis.

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Customer Service: Supports customer needs through responding in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrates passion and a people-first approach by treating customers in a respectful and considerate manner. Builds and maintains customer relationships through follow-up and courteous and approachable interactions.

    Communication: Understands and conveys information to our customers. Listens attentively and asks questions when necessary. Uses general terminology to explain technical aspects of using technology to a non-technical audience.

Each employee must maintain a quality driving record and represent Patterson Dental while driving a company vehicle. Proper vehicle maintenance should be scheduled regularly to ensure we maintain a safe fleet on the road.

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Mechanical aptitude required

    Requires basic computer skills and/or ability to use smart phone/tablet

    Preferred Qualifications

    Trade school training in carpentry/plumbing/heating/electricity/electronics is highly desirable but not required

    Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams is helpful

    Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives.

    Essential Functions

    Transact all business in accordance to Patterson Companies' business code of conduct and business ethics

    Drive assigned vehicle and deliver/pick up shipments

    Point of contact for customer service and help resolve customer complaints

    Collect money from customers

    Load and unload assigned vehicle. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport.

    Operate all warehouse equipment/machinery

    Achieve assigned performance metrics and KPIs

    Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle

    Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes/procedures and applicable laws and regulations

    Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition

    Adherence with DOT drug & alcohol testing.

    Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws

    Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports

    Follow company biosecurity policies and customer biosecurity protocols as required.

    Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not performing delivery duties

    In addition to the essential functions listed below, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.

    Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals and fleet goals and objectives

    Perform all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures including all required Safety and Compliance Training and regulatory licensing

    Maintain acceptable driving record and current driver's license

    Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Job Qualifications Required Qualifications

    CDL, Class A, Hazmat endorsement, driving vehicles or combination vehicles up to 80k GVWR

    Maintain additional endorsements as required by equipment (airbrakes, tanker)

    High school diploma or GED preferred

    Must have a valid driver's license

    Obtain a satisfactory MVR review

    Ability to drive assigned vehicle

    Knowledge of delivery area and ability to read maps

    Able to work as an effective team member

    Basic problem solving/troubleshooting skills

    Effective time management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    One-year experience as a CDL driver preferred
