    Job Summary
    The Service Technician Vet delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including setup, maintenance, and repair of products and services to ensure all function properly. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions. This role is also accountable to ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance and providing user training on new products.

    Essential Functions

    Independently respond to assigned customer service calls; diagnose problems and safely remove, modify, repair, and install all core veterinary equipment with minimal supervisionLearn and follow manufacturer guidelines on the operation, repair, maintenance and installation of equipmentInspect pre-installed products for any defects or damages, as well as conducting final post-installation inspections for proper operation or additional damage; ensure all manufacturer, Federal, and State regulations are metMaintain strong and supportive customer relationships by providing technical support after initial installation of Equipment, PC software, and hardware and ensuring that service commitments are met within standard response timeVerify specific manufacturer and Patterson guidelines, OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations are followedMaintain all required records including (including service orders, confirmations, inventory, expense reports, time sheet, and equipment related items) timely and accuratelyComply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned


    Additional Responsibilities

    Establish and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, vendors and colleaguesInventory Management: Determine parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests; manages vehicle inventory through regular restocking and regular inventory auditsPersonal/Vehicle Safety: Maintain a quality driving record; proper vehicle maintenance should be scheduled regularly to ensure we maintain a safe fleet on the roadEnsures proper use and maintenance of all company provided assets, including but not limited to vehicle, phone, computer, parts, equipment, tools and uniforms


    Minimum Requirements

    High School Diploma or Equivalent2 years of relevant work experience Mechanical/Carpentry/Plumbing/Heating/Electrical/Electronic related experience


    Preferred Requirements

    About the Role

    We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts across the U.S. feedyard industry. You'll own the entire sales process - from prospecting and qualifying leads to running demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

    What You'll Do

    Within 1 Month, You Will:

    Develop a deep understanding of Redbook's software, features, and customer value.

    Begin prospecting feedyards and introducing them to our solution.

    Learn and execute our outbound sales strategy, including cold calls, emails, and industry outreach.

    Shadow live demos and customer onboarding sessions to understand common questions and objections.

    Within 3 Months, You Will:

    Take ownership of your own pipeline, from lead generation through close.

    Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

    Run product demos, deliver proposals, and manage follow-up communications.

    Collaborate with leadership to refine sales playbooks and improve conversion rates.

    Within 6 Months, You Will:

    Consistently close new feedyard customers and exceed sales targets.

    Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
