Overview
The Armed Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the apartment complex. This position involves maintaining a visible presence, enforcing community rules, and responding to security incidents with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Patrol the apartment grounds, parking lots, and common areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure resident safety.Respond promptly to calls for service, disturbances, or suspicious activity.Enforce property policies and regulations while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor with residents and guests.Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to prevent trespassing, vandalism, theft, and other unlawful acts.Prepare detailed hourly reports using our tracktik security system, on activities, incidents, and observations.Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.Provide assistance to residents, management, and contractors as needed to maintain a safe environment.Qualifications
