    ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
    As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Patrick Hazlewood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.     QUALIFICATIONS:
    Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
     
    Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Experience managing client relationships is preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Dedicated to customer service Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer
