Position OverviewThe AR & Billing Manager will lead billing operations across both project-based and service lines, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer and contractual requirements. Our client is a Twin Cities–based general contractor with over 30 years of history specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment projects throughout Minnesota. They are seeking a hands-on Site Superintendent to oversee and execute day-to-day field operations on local projects.
This role is responsible for managing on-site production, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating daily work in the field. The company performs both new construction and rehabilitation/improvement work on existing facilities.
This position includes a mix of field involvement and supervisory responsibility. Projects are located throughout the northwestern Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs. Candidates must be able to reliably commute within the region or be willing to relocate.
