Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN):
Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.What We’re Looking For:
Current WIRN (NLC).Current MN RN ( or willingness to obtain).Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.What We Offer:

What You'll Do
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of facility operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all facility operations.Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence in resident care.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining continuous survey readiness.Lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and operational performance.Develop, mentor, and inspire department leaders to achieve organizational goals.Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth initiatives.Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders to deliver exceptional care.Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement, accountability, and professional development.Lead successful regulatory surveys and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Current Alabama Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire and relocation.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a progressive senior leadership role within long-term care.Experience working in a unionized environment is required.Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, financial management, quality improvement, census development, and team leadership.Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, referral sources, and community partners.What Makes You Successful
