    Job Description:

    Partnership Academy has a strong commitment to culturally and developmentally relevant instruction for all students.  Through a highly collaborative culture, Partnership Academy teachers work in teams to provide differentiated and hands-on instruction using both a co-teaching and pull-out model.  Partnership Academy requires its teaching staff to constantly improve their instruction in ways that directly impact students’ academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth.


    The special education teacher will collaborate to provide exceptional instruction aligned to students’ IEP goals, particularly in reading, writing, and math, typically collaborating with one or two grade level teams from 1st through 4th grades.  He/she will case manage approximately 10-15 students and complete due process work.  Through weekly professional development sessions, formal and informal observations, and frequent feedback, Partnership Academy educators are encouraged and motivated to constantly push themselves to perform at the highest standards. We are looking for a special education teacher who can collaborate effectively with a strong team, including speech/language pathologist, social worker, occupational therapist, classroom teachers, intervention teachers, and associate educators.  In addition, the teacher should stay highly engaged with collaborative teaching and mentoring systems of support.


    Teachers in this position must also ensure they analyze and adapt provided curriculum and teach in a way that supports Minnesota state standards and the student’s IEP, effectively collect and interpret data to guide instruction, provide individualized instruction based on student needs, partner with families and guardians to support students,  and establish a strong culture of learning. 




    Qualifications:

    Minnesota Teaching License (Required)

    Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students (Preferred)

    Spanish speaker (Preferred)

    Through a highly collaborative culture, the Partnership Academy 5th Grade Math Teacher will work on a middle school team to provide differentiated and hands-on instruction to scholars using the enVisions curriculum as a guide. Partnership Academy educators work to impact students academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth both inside and outside the classroom.


    Middle school educators will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of new systems and routines for a developmentally appropriate program for young adolescents in conjunction with a strong team of Math educators, interventionists, special education co-teachers, and language teachers.

    Job Description:

    The PreK-8th Grade Lead Literacy Interventionist provides oversight of the literacy intervention program, including, but not limited to, leading team meetings, coaching literacy intervention teachers, completing annual evaluations, designing and implementing strong intervention systems, and using data based decision making to create equitable outcomes for all students. The Lead Literacy Interventionist will also deliver targeted ADSIS intervention in literacy for students in PreK-8 who are performing below grade level benchmarks. This position works within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to deliver evidence-based ADSIS interventions and collaborates with the Lead Math Interventionist and classroom teachers to ensure student success in foundational academic skills.

    Literacy interventionists are responsible for providing Tier 3 literacy ADSIS intervention to students in need via 1:1 or small group sessions, and working with classroom teachers to provide classroom-level, teacher-led Tier 2 ADSIS intervention during intervention blocks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Direct Student Instruction:

    Provide small group and individual ADSIS intervention instruction in literacy skillsImplement evidence-based intervention programs for PreK-8 studentsDeliver targeted ADSIS intervention in, but not limited to, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehensionProvide ADSIS intervention in, but not limited to, number sense, counting, basic operations, and problem-solvingAdapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and developmental levels

    Assessment and Data Management:

    Support diagnostic assessments administration to identify specific skill deficits in literacyAdminister progress monitoring assessments and track student growthAnalyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and small group formationMaintain detailed records of student progress and intervention fidelity utilizing data platformsPrepare data reports for MTSS team meetings and all staff data divesPrepare intervention suggestions for SST grade level referralsDocument intervention effectiveness and make recommendations for next steps

    Collaboration and Communication:

    Collaborate with lead math interventionist, principals, and instructional coaches to align interventions with core instructionParticipate in MTSS/SST team meetings and data analysis sessionsCommunicate regularly with families about student progress in ADSIS interventionsCoordinate with other student support teams for referral processes when appropriate

    Program Support:

    Maintain and organize intervention materials and resourcesAssist with school-wide screening and assessment administrationParticipate in professional development related to literacy and math interventionSupport transition planning between grade levelsContribute to building-level literacy and math improvement initiativesSupervise and coach literacy interventionists


    Required Qualifications:

    Function: The Dean of School Culture is responsible for building and maintaining systems that ensure a joyous, equitable, and achievement-oriented school culture. They implement the schools mission through effective support of the schools students and staff in maintaining a positive and healthy school climate. They coach teachers, analyze data, manage student behavior, and facilitate professional development to ensure high-quality instruction and a strong, joyful school community. Working closely with the other Culture Deans, the Dean of School Culture will oversee and support integration of MTSS and PBIS into the schools programs and systems. The Dean of School Culture reports to their grade level principal.


    Qualifications:
