    SUMMARY

    Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager to perform property condition assessments along with all project management responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

    Manage multiple projects concurrentlyOversee quality control throughout the project's life cycleCoordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to planCultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver a quality product on timeConduct occasional inspectionsOccasionally write reports
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Perform quality assurance (QA) review and quality control (QC) of all portions of the project, including text and appendices.Communicate with client relationship managers (RM) re, Professional Associates (PAs) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and client expectations throughout the term of the project.Effectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members and assessors in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project.Provide solid recommendations and solutions to RMs and clients, while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process.Identify and resolve issues with projects.Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail), recommendations to the RM and Client.Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.Communicate and coordinate follow-up questions with PAs during the review processDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.Place requests with the Project Coordinator (PC) Group for Partner Associates' engagements and vendor-provided items.Coordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline.5+ years of relevant experience in construction management or due diligence services.5+ years of experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments

    Compensation:

    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.

    SUMMARY

    Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Compliance Specialist in our Houston Office. This individual will complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget, as assigned by the Project Manager.
    This role involves conducting field inspections, implementing safety initiatives, and assisting with environmental compliance activities. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of EHS principles and is eager to grow within the field.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

    Perform Facility inspections led by senior technical specialists to assess environmental compliance aspects of Facility operations. Effectively prepare technical environmental compliance reportsUnderstand and apply environmental regulations.Ability to travel, as neededAbility to work at company offices, not remote
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    SUMMARY

    Partner is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. Our Project Coordinators are placed on a Team to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

    Partner is seeking a Full Time Construction Risk Management Project Manager to perform all Project Management responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

    Construction Risk Management is a comprehensive program of 3rd-party services designed to minimize the risk of construction lending. Construction Risk Management Services include:

    Document and Cost Review
    Contractor Evaluation
    Code Compliance Inspection
    Construction Progress Monitoring
    Pay Application Review (Funds Control)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
    Manage multiple projects concurrentlyOversee quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle.Coordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to planCultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver a quality product on timeConduct occasional inspectionsOccasionally write reports
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Overall responsibility of all portions of the services/reports being provided, including text and appendices.Communicate with client relationship managers (RM) and Professional Associates (PAs) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and client expectations throughout the term of the project.Effectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members and assessors in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project.Provide solid recommendations and solutions to RMs and clients, while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process.Identify and resolve issues with projects.Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail), recommendations to the RM and Client.Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.Communicate and coordinate follow-up questions with PAs during review processDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.Coordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline.5+ years relevant experience in construction or construction-related field such as architecture, construction management, and/or engineering.

    Compensation:

    Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

    The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.

    Partner is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. Our Project Coordinators are placed on a Team to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
