Parksite is looking for a Building Products Specialist to join our team! The Building Products Specialist will focus on increasing sales for Tyvek building envelope solutions. The Specialist drives sales through strong relationships with specifiers and decision makers.
Parksite Inc. is an employee-owned distributor of building products looking for a self-motivated Sales Specialist. This creative, organized, and self-starting person will promote DuPont Tyvek® and other specialty building products to builders, subcontractors, architects, code officials and consultants. Strong presentation and networking skills are imperative.
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop marketing strategies that create downstream demand while expanding the customer base
· Provide educational seminars, including product presentations to a variety of customers and market influencers
· Instruct field installation training, customer certification training, and provide jobsite observation reviews
· Record field activities and initiatives using company CRM platform
· Create and utilize annual business plan as a road map to provide territory growth, increase market share, and identify opportunities with the greatest potential of a closed sale
· Meet monthly and annual sales volume goals
· Participation and successful completion of company provided certification and sales process trainings
· Organize sales events & participate in trade shows
· Active participation in local trade organizations
· Participation in corporate initiatives as requested
Job Qualifications
· Two years’ experience in the building products industry
· Excellent presentation & communication skills
· Experience developing sales forecasts and meeting sales objectives
· Strong planning, follow-up and closing skills
· A track record of developing new business and growing market share
· Computer and database fluency—MS Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint. CRM experience a plus.
· Ability to successfully use consultative selling to relate customer challenges with our product solutions
· Ability to multitask and think on their feet
· Must have excellent listening & interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated, driven, self-starting, creative and organized
· Experience in technical selling

Parksite is looking or a CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team!
The driver will haul building materials in our 48' flatbed truck. Routes downloaded daily with turn by turn directions by PeopleNet, no need to do any route planning! Electronic logging and DVIR completed by PeopleNet. This driver is expected to work as a valued member of the delivery team. The job primarily consists of local vehicle operations involving positioning and moving trucks and trailers at Parksite and customer locations to effect loading and unloading.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate company owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations. Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of building products and materials.Perform required before, during and after operation user maintenance and provide required reports. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations. Operate all Material Handling Equipment.Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs.Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition. Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.Job Requirements:
CDL Class A license.Experience operating Material Handling Equipment.Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.Ability to make overnight runs as required by shipping needs. One or more years experience as truck driver.Must be able to learn to operate all Material Handling Equipment used by the company. Requires prolonged sitting, driving and Material Handling Equipment operations. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to work in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold.Benefits:
